Terms and Conditions

Bookings and Booking Fee

Booking can be made via phone, social media, or email, subject to availability. A 20% deposit is necessary to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your total at the appointment.

Appointment Confirmation:

To confirm your appointment, we kindly ask for your phone number and email address, which are our primary communication channels. Upon receiving the deposit, we will send you a confirmation message via both text and email. Additionally, we may send a text message as a reminder and confirmation of your appointment. Please be aware that failing to confirm your appointment may lead to the inability to guarantee your booking. All inquiries and missed calls will be promptly attended to during our business hours.

Reschedule Policy:

Your appointments and well-being are important to us, and we recognize that unforeseen delays may arise, necessitating schedule adjustments. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may reach out via text or leave a voicemail message, and we will promptly respond or return your call. There is no fee for rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice for the first instance. However, this waiver applies only once. Subsequent reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a booking fee of $50.00.

If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a booking fee of $50.00 will also apply.

Late for your Appointment:

We know your time is valuable. We will respectfully wait for you up to 30 minutes. If you are late more than 30 minutes, we may not be able accommodate you. In this case, the booking fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Late for your Massage appointment: We understand sometimes delay could happen. We value all client time, if you are late for your massage appointment, please expect your service will be shorten with full service charged.

Cancellation

We value your choices, and if you decide to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. You can reach out to us via text or voicemail, and we will promptly respond to your message. Please note that a booking fee of $50.00 applies if you provide notice 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel without the required 48-hour advance notice or provide less notice than that, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your deposit will be charged.

No-Show on Appointment:

If you fail to arrive to your appointment, a missed appointment fee which 100% your deposit is applied.

Gift Vouchers/ Pre paid vouchers

When booking with a gift or prepaid voucher, please inform the therapist beforehand. All Gift Vouchers remain valid for a specified period from the date stamped on the voucher, unless otherwise specified. These vouchers cannot be refunded in full or in part and will not be replaced by Pure Brows and Massage Therapy in the event of loss or theft. Only monetary vouchers may be used for product purchases. Please ensure to check the validity date stated on your Gift Voucher. Additionally, please note that if there is a price change for a service or product covered by the voucher, the current price will apply, and any price difference must be paid by the client.

Pure Brows and Massage Therapy reserves the right to replace any element of this voucher with an offering of equivalent value.

Mobile Phones

We acknowledge the demands of modern life and the necessity of staying available. However, to ensure a peaceful environment for all clients, we kindly request that mobile phones be switched to silent mode without vibration, minimizing disruptions for those in adjacent treatment rooms.

Covid-19 Policy

  • Pure Brows and Massage Therapy have the right to refuse service to any client who comes for their treatment showing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you exhibit any symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days after exhibiting symptoms.
  • If you or anyone in your family is unwell or has been in contact with someone who has been tested or diagnosed with COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  • We will not charge a cancellation charge for any guests cancelling due to COVID-19 related symptoms unless cancelled 2 times or more.
  • Please keep in mind that these practices are to keep both our clients, our staff and our community safe.

Children and Guest policy

Kindly be informed that, for hygiene purposes and due to limited space in our treatment rooms, we regretfully cannot accommodate children or Kindly be informed that food is not permitted in the treatment rooms. Price / Payment/ Service Information

  • At Pure Brows and Massage Therapy, we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices across all our marketing platforms and social media channels. However, please note that prices are subject to change.
  • We retain the right to introduce promotions at our discretion. Bookings made before or after the promotion ended cannot be modified to reflect the promotional price.
  • We reserve the right to decline providing a service if the client with health or medical concerns or does not meet the qualifications or requirements for that particular service. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client if we have concerns about our safety.
  • Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline treatment for clients with health or medical concerns.
  • All inquiries will be addressed during salon hours.
  • Please be aware that deposits for services or services  are non-refundable.
  • We appreciate your understanding that we can only accept PayID or cash payments at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • When booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies, terms, and conditions.
