COSMETIC TATTOO PRE-APPOINTMENT CARE

Cosmetic tattoo results is affected by many factors such as client’s healing process, aftercare process, technician’s skill, pigments, client’s habit/ daily activities and pre-appointment care.

There are a few things that we have to take in account before Cosmetic Tattoo appointment to make sure we have prepared the best for the procedure, also to avoid excessive bleeding and poor color deposit which will affect the final result of Cosmetic Tattoo.

  • Laser
  • Cosmetic Treatment
  • Chemotherapy – Please seek for Doctor’s consultation and secure a doctor’s note stating you can receive the treatment.
    • Botox (on the area that cosmetic tattoo will be done)
    • Filler (on the area that cosmetic tattoo will be done)
    • Severe sunburn
    • Retinol A, AHA*
    • Have got Covid-19 Vaccine

* Please postpone these products 4 weeks before and after Cosmetic Tattoo procedure ( these products might make your skin thin and sensitive affecting the Cosmetic Tattoo final result, also can cause tear and burn during the procedure) 

    • Facial treatments
    • Tan
    • Fish Oil/ Vitamin E (naturally blood thinners)

Please postpone at least 1 week before the appointment.

 

  • Wax or tint eyebrows 2-3 days before the appointment day.
  • Alcohol 24 hours before the appointment day.
  • Coffee / any Caffeine.
  • Aspirin/ Ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins blood, increase bleeding)
  • Wash your hair before the appointment. This is not necessary but it is important to keep Brows/Lips/Eyeliners away from heat and excessive wet for first 2 weeks after treatment. Dry shampoo is also recommended.
  • Exfoliating your Brows/Lips and the skin around them a day prior to your appointment is highly recommended. This allows better pigment deposit, better retention.
  • Please don’t hesitate to contact us regard to numbing cream before and during the appointment.
